Arrow - Maze Escape Puzzle Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

At Digital Buzz Work, we recognize that privacy is significant. This Privacy Policy applies to all Android apps under the publisher name “Digital Buzz Work”.

We have created this Policy to explain our privacy practices so you can understand what information about you is collected, used, and disclosed. We collect information to provide corresponding services and improve user experience.

By using our apps and consenting to this Privacy Policy, your usage, statistics, and inputs may be collected.

Where applicable law requires separate affirmative consent, including for personalized advertising or access to sensitive device information, we request that consent through in-app notices, Android permission dialogs, or privacy controls. Merely using an app does not replace any separate consent required by applicable law.

1. Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Android applications published by Digital Buzz Work. The features and information practices of each app may differ. The launcher-specific sections below apply to Arrow - Maze Escape Puzzle, package name com.arrows.tap.escape.maze.puzzle.grid.

Arrow - Maze Escape Puzzle includes a puzzle game and an optional Android home-screen launcher. When voluntarily selected as the default home app, the launcher can display installed applications, app shortcuts, widgets, wallpapers, notification badges, weather information, search features, and launcher settings. Selecting the app as the default launcher is optional and can be reversed through Android’s default-app or home-app settings.

2. Information We May Access or Collect

Depending on the app, features used, permissions granted, region, privacy choices, and device settings, we may access or collect the following information.

2.1 Information You Choose to Provide

You may voluntarily provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, age, gender, city, support request, feedback, search input, or other information you submit through an available feature. We use this information only for the purpose for which it was provided, such as responding to support requests, providing a requested feature, or improving the service.

We do not require users to provide optional personal information unless it is necessary for the feature the user chooses to use.

2.2 Device, Identifier, and Network Information

The apps and their service providers may automatically process information such as:

•             device manufacturer, model, screen characteristics, operating-system version, language, country or region, time zone, and app version;

•             IP address, network type, connectivity status, and limited Wi-Fi connection information;

•             Android Advertising ID, app-set or app-instance identifiers, Firebase installation identifiers, push-notification tokens, and similar resettable identifiers;

•             whether the app was installed from Google Play, install-referrer information, session timestamps, and general device or app configuration; and

•             fraud-prevention, security, and integrity signals.

We do not intentionally collect IMEI, IMSI, SIM serial number, or another persistent hardware identifier for advertising purposes, and we do not intentionally link persistent device identifiers to the Android Advertising ID or personal and sensitive information for advertising.

2.3 Usage, App Activity, and Search Information

We and our analytics or advertising providers may process information about how the app is used, such as screens viewed, buttons or features used, puzzle progress, session duration, launcher interactions, search activity within the app, ad views, ad clicks, ad impressions, and general engagement events.

If the app opens a web page or provides browser/search functionality, the search provider or destination website may separately process search terms, IP address, cookies, device information, and browsing activity under its own privacy policy.

2.4 Installed Applications and Launcher Information

To provide the home-screen launcher, app drawer, installed-app search, shortcuts, widgets, hidden-app controls, and installation/removal updates, Arrow - Maze Escape Puzzle accesses information about applications available through Android launcher APIs. This can include an application’s name, package name, icon, version, installation/update information, launchable activity, shortcut information, and user-selected launcher organization.

Launcher-derived installed-app information is used for launcher functionality and may be stored locally on the device. Digital Buzz Work does not sell this information or intentionally provide the launcher-derived inventory of installed applications to third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.

Deleting the app’s data or uninstalling the app removes locally stored launcher records controlled by the app. Android, other installed apps, and backup services may retain information under their own settings and policies.

2.5 Notification Access

If you voluntarily enable Android Notification Access, the launcher may access notification package, status, identifier, and count information to display unread notification badges. Notification Access is optional and can be disabled at any time through Android Settings.

Digital Buzz Work does not use notification message contents for advertising and does not sell notification information. Notification-related information used for badges is intended to be processed locally on the device. If a future feature requires notification information to leave the device, we will update this Policy and provide any disclosure and consent required before enabling that processing.

2.6 Location Information

If you choose to use weather or another location-based feature and grant permission, the app may access approximate or precise location to provide local weather, local content, or another requested location-based result. Location permission is optional and may be revoked through Android Settings. Where available, you may use a manually selected location instead.

Depending on your region, consent choices, advertising configuration, and the permissions granted on your device, advertising, analytics, security, or fraud-prevention providers may also process location-related information for app functionality, measurement, advertising, analytics, security, or fraud prevention. Personalized advertising and any location processing that requires consent are subject to the choices presented through the applicable consent flow.

2.7 Microphone and Voice Search

Microphone access is requested only when you activate a voice-search or voice-input feature. Audio may be processed by Android’s speech-recognition service or another speech provider selected on your device to convert speech into text. Digital Buzz Work does not continuously record audio in the background and does not use microphone audio for advertising.

The speech-recognition provider may transmit and retain audio or transcripts according to its own settings and privacy policy. You can refuse or revoke microphone permission and use typed search instead where available.

2.8 Photos, Files, Wallpapers, Widgets, and User-Selected Content

Some apps or launcher features may allow you to select a wallpaper, image, file, widget, shortcut, or other content. We access only the content you select or the access made available through the relevant Android picker or feature. Selected content may be processed or stored locally to perform the requested function.

Third-party widgets, shortcuts, apps, and content providers are controlled by their respective developers and may process information under their own privacy policies.

2.9 Notifications and Firebase Cloud Messaging

The apps may use Firebase Cloud Messaging or a similar service to deliver app updates, service messages, or other notifications. This may involve processing a device/app notification token, app-instance identifier, language, app version, and notification-delivery information. You can control notification permission through Android Settings.

2.10 Crash, Diagnostic, and Performance Information

We may use Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, and other service providers to process crash logs, stack traces, app state at the time of a crash, device model, operating-system version, diagnostic events, network-performance information, and other app-performance data. This information is used to identify errors, improve stability, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

2.11 Purchases

Some Digital Buzz Work apps may offer purchases through Google Play. Payment information is processed by Google Play or the applicable payment provider. Digital Buzz Work does not receive full payment-card details. We may receive transaction identifiers, product information, purchase status, country, and related information needed to provide and support the purchase.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

•             provide, maintain, personalize, and improve app and launcher functionality;

•             run the puzzle game, save progress, provide settings, and restore user-selected preferences;

•             display installed apps, shortcuts, widgets, wallpapers, notification badges, weather, and search results;

•             respond to support requests and communicate important service or policy changes;

•             provide analytics, measure engagement, diagnose crashes, and improve performance;

•             display, personalize where permitted, measure, and limit advertising;

•             detect invalid traffic, abuse, security incidents, fraud, and technical problems;

•             comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms; and

•             protect the rights, safety, security, and property of users, Digital Buzz Work, service providers, and the public.

We limit personal and sensitive information to purposes connected with app functionality, advertising allowed by applicable policy and law, security, analytics, support, or other purposes disclosed in this Policy and any required in-app notice.

4. Advertising and Consent

The apps may display banner, native, interstitial, rewarded, or app-open advertising. Advertising providers may process device identifiers, IP address, app and device information, approximate location where permitted, consent signals, app interactions, ad impressions, clicks, conversions, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention information.

Where required in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another regulated region, we use an applicable consent management platform to present advertising choices. Depending on the choices offered in your region, you may be able to accept, reject, or manage advertising and related data-processing purposes through the app’s privacy choices or consent form.

Consent choices must be respected by Digital Buzz Work and the advertising providers to which they apply. You may change applicable choices through the privacy-options entry point when it is available or by resetting the app’s consent information and reopening the consent flow. You can also reset or delete the Android Advertising ID through Android’s privacy settings.

5. Third-Party Services and Advertising Partners

Depending on configuration, geography, ad availability, consent, and the particular app, Digital Buzz Work apps may use the following providers. Not every provider receives information in every session or ad request.

Other third parties may include weather providers, search providers, speech-recognition providers, cloud infrastructure, crash-reporting services, security providers, app stores, operating-system providers, and websites or apps opened at your request.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information:

•             with service providers and SDK partners that perform advertising, analytics, crash reporting, messaging, weather, search, security, fraud prevention, hosting, support, or other services described in this Policy;

Digital Buzz Work does not sell personal and sensitive user data for monetary consideration. Advertising partners may process information for interest-based advertising where permitted by law, platform policy, configuration, and the user’s consent choices.

7. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

Mobile apps and embedded SDKs may use app preferences, local storage, advertising identifiers, app-instance identifiers, SDK storage, and similar technologies. Embedded web pages and third-party websites may use cookies or browser storage. These technologies may be used to maintain settings, remember privacy choices, provide security, measure use, prevent fraud, and deliver or measure advertising.

Controls may be available through the app’s privacy settings, the consent form, Android privacy settings, the Android Advertising ID controls, or the relevant browser and provider settings.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing features, maintaining security, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing agreements.

•             Launcher preferences, installed-app records, game progress, shortcuts, and other local settings normally remain on the device until you delete them, clear the app’s data, reset the relevant feature, or uninstall the app.

•             Support communications and privacy requests may be retained for as long as needed to respond, maintain an appropriate record, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

•             Advertising, analytics, crash, messaging, and diagnostic providers retain information according to their respective retention rules and legal obligations.

•             We may retain limited information for a longer period when required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, accounting, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Where information is aggregated or de-identified so that it no longer reasonably identifies a user, it may be retained for service improvement, analytics, security, or statistical purposes as permitted by law.

You may:

•             disable Notification Access through Android’s special-access settings;

We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 days, or within another period required by applicable law. Some requests may be fulfilled by directing you to the relevant third-party provider when that provider independently controls the information.

Arrow - Maze Escape Puzzle does not currently require users to create a Digital Buzz Work account. If an app permits account creation, we will provide the account-deletion methods required by applicable law and Google Play policy.

10. Security of Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. Personal information transmitted by systems controlled by Digital Buzz Work is intended to use HTTPS/TLS or another appropriate encrypted transport. We also expect our service providers to protect information according to applicable legal and contractual requirements.

11. International Data Transfers

Digital Buzz Work and its service providers may process information in India, the United States, the European Economic Area, or other countries where they operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from those of your country. Where required, we and our providers rely on legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

12. Children’s Privacy

Digital Buzz Work apps are not intended for users under 18 unless a particular Play listing and app experience expressly state otherwise and the app is configured to comply with the applicable child-protection and Google Play Families requirements.

We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us at digitalbuzzwork@gmail.com.
